Siva Teja is Principal Research Scientist and Director at Niramai. He is also one of the founding team members of Niramai. He has 7+ years of experience in AI/ML for Medical Imaging and co-authored 25+ international publications, 2 book chapters and is an inventor for 23 international granted patents (8 US, 11 India, 2 Japan, 2 Singapore). He is also a key contributor and a lead ML expert for different products that are CE certified and FDA approved. He played a key role in the analysis of clinical studies conducted by Niramai. He was a recipient of DAAD WISE fellowship 2014 and was offered MITACS Globalink Fellowship in 2014. He was granted PhD degree by the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences of Maastricht University, The Netherlands and Bachelors of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati. Prior to Niramai, he worked in health care analytics group at Xerox Research Centre India as a Budding Scientist for 1.5 years.
