Shireen Chopra comes with 15+ years of diverse experience within Strategic HR. She has deep knowledge of Organization Development, Talent Management and Total Rewards, along with experience in Leadership & campus hiring. She began her journey as an HR Consultant with Ernst & Young, went on to joining a start up, Telenor, in the Telecom space, and then partnered with high tech talent at multinational corporations like CSC (Computer Sciences Corporation) and Xerox.
During her stints, she has led Centres of Excellence for Performance Management, Talent Management & OD, Leadership Development & Employee Engagement for large MNCs, supported as Business HR Partner and also led the HR function for Xerox Research Labs for 4 years.
Shireen is an Economics Hons graduate from Delhi University and has pursued MBA in Human Resources from Management Development Institute, (MDI) Gurgaon. She loves to travel, is a passionate swimmer, and a spiritually anchored person who strongly believes in the power of mind.
