Job Description:

Primary role & responsibilities:

• Responsible to manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling along with hiring and onboarding, for employees/ consultants & interns
• Creates new Job Descriptions, as per the Organization Structure, and  updates existing one’s, to ensure they are accurate & relevant
• Implements the performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, Goals, and anchors periodic reviews
• Updates and maintains all HR & Compliance related Policies, ensure compliance w.r.t. the same
• Participates in creating and updating the compensation strategy through market analysis and benchmarking exercise/ surveys
• Ensures Employee Engagement by implementing Annual DipStick Surveys, Follow up Action Plans & Implementation of the same;  Conducts regular One-on-one’s to understand and address employee issues and concerns
• Ensures All Employee Documentation is in order, and also supports annual audits of the same (both Financial & ISO Audit)
• Recommends and implements new employee best practices to build a robust HR Framework and enable an excellent Employee Experience & High Performance Work Culture 

Requirements for the role: 

• Education – MBA or equivalent
• 2 years + experience in Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Our ideal candidate will be skilled in managing compensation & benefits, rewards & recognition, performance management and employee relations in a manner that retains employees and builds a strong employer brand
• Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork
